Dijon" appeared in the list how should the "ij" be interpreted as Dutch "y" as spanish "ij" or as two separate letters - well that depends on the origin of Mr. Dijon so you'll probably have to have some semantic put into the list of names to make it work like "A. J. Dijon ()", and probably you will have to use specialized tools to sort such a list so ... International collating sequence may be a good thing but we need more than that to make it work. Kim Chr.
