My younger brother has been trying to use the ASDG Low Memory server that
came with his FaccII (yes, he paid for his copy).  He's been having some
problems that I can't really help him with, because I don't have Facc and
we live 500 miles apart.

He says that he is missing the library containing RegLowMemReq() and
DeRegLowMemReq().  He has the documentation for calling these, but not the
library to link against.  I suppose if he had just the LVO values he could cook
up his own call interfaces, but he doesn't have the LVO values either.

Is he really missing a file?  If so, where does he get it?  Or is he just
confused?
