There's been quite a bit of talk about this floppy speed-up program that
increases the step rate of your drives... mostly about whether it's
actually faster. I don't think that's really important... some people
will find it faster, others not, depending on how fragmented their
floppies are. What I want to know is... is it safe? Does it increase
wear-and-tear on the drives and/or diskettes? Anyone know? C=?
