The sources for VT100R2.07M didn't quite make it here.  The first of 3 was ok.
A piece of 2 or 3 made it and the other disappeared completely.  Could someone
point me to a place I could FTP a copy?  Is there someone who generally
keeps sources/binaries/etc in an FTP'able spot?

I'm also looking for information on combining Kickstart and Workbench onto
a single disk (did I see a reference fly by?).
