	I'm having trouble compiling Peter da Silva's Catalog program.  I'm
using Aztec C 3.4a.

	1.  Using make merely responds with "FATAL error: EXEC failure."
Same with "run make" as suggested at one time on the net.

	2.  When compiling manually, some of the "instant" sources want
instant.h and menu.h which weren't included in the posted article (at least
not the ones we received here).

	Thanks for any enlightenment.
