Ok, but did you ever Heard of THE WRITE PROTECT TAB ???
And by the way, if you really have to use a disk which needs the bootblock
so press the left mouse button while resetting.. 
I have the Virus on several Disks, but i don't panic about it...
(Males are ever scared about nothing !.)
