Summary: How can send my window to back?

Is there a pd program out there that allows a key combo to send
a WorkBench window to the back/front?  Basically, I hate taking my
hands off the keys to switch editor windows.  A while back I saw
a program on the net called 'fkey' (i think) which looked like it
could do this, but I don't have the docs.  If anyone
has these, could you email them to me?
