   A few problems were found in Book 1 after the CUG distribution, so I
asked Fred Fish to hold off until I could get him an updated version.
=RJ= put a new disk together for me very quickly (thanks =RJ=), and I
have mailed the new disk (Amiga Programmer's Suite  Book 1.01) to Fred Fish
and also to John Foust (Amicus).  I don't know if John plans to distribute
it, but Fred will (thanks Fred).
