When Tramiel bought out Atari, the coin-op games division was NOT part
of the deal, although the home video game division was.  Atari Games (as
opposed to Atari Corp.) is still around.  I believe that they, in turn,
were bought out by one of the Japanese game companies, but I don't have
hard facts on that.  I know the other is true - I tried to get a job
there last year but was deemed overqualified :-(
