I believe that if you put a / in front of the disk's prefix, that should do it. 2) There was a question about deprotection of paintworks plus and other GS products. There are methods for deprotecting several Activision products, including Paintworks Plus, posted on CompuServe. I may have the instructions stored somewhere, if anyone wants them -- just send me a note. Also, Copy II P lus now works with 3.5" disks (versions 7.anything). 3) There was a question about a word processor that puts carriage returns at the end of lines. Appleworks will create a text file with line feeds at the end of each line if you "print to disk".
