Mine was a 10 mbyte with a Miniscribe Model 3012 (2 heads and 612 cylinders and 12 alternate tracks) with a Xebec 104786 controller. I have tried to use a Seagate 212 10 mbyte disk drive but cannot properly format the drive. I plan to also try a Seagate 225 (20 mbyte) drive. Has anyone ever upgraded the 10 mbyte to a 20 mbyte drive in the Sider? Any info on exactly which drive and controller comes in the 20 mbyte sider would be appreciated. I would like to upgrade mine for $200 instead of $550.00 and with so many IBM type drives available, seems possible!
