Arrrghh!!!!

Would somebody PLEASE explain to me what a "MIP" is?

I know what a MIPS is.  I just want to know what these people think a "MIP"
is.  Now they are even talking about MIPs.  Probably they mean MIPSs.

Oh, well.  I give up.
