There have enough requests for uu*code and arc that i am going to repost
them, however we keep hitting the chicken and the egg problem i.e. how
do you post an uuencoded version of uuencode ? I seem to remember somebody
mentioning that they had a basic program to do a simple uudecode, could
that kind somebody send it to me so i can post it first.
