Well, I can't comment on my new ROMs.  TOS won't boot! :-O  My copy of
Idris which lives on the other half of the disk seems to boot and run
just fine, although it doesn't use much of TOS once its booted.

The placment for the ROMs seems to be as I originally guessed from
spelunking the schematic:

	H2	H1	H0
	L2	L1	L0

Sigh!
