I spoke with nice, kind, famous Linda at Operator 902 just now.  AT&T
does not yet know whether the 3.51 upgrades will be provided to those
of us who pay software maintenance as a free maintenance release or not.
They also have not decided if it will be sold thru Indianapolis or not.
(The software has been offered only since August  --- and the decison-making
appears to be of very low bandwidth!  :-})

Linda is maintaining a (long) list of those who would like to know and will
call them back.  New machines will come with 3.51.
