Summary: It finally quit at 257

Re; my previous article.  Starting from 'foo 1', it finally printed 257,
then said "/usr/lbin/ksh: foo: recursive call."  The command 'ps -fu grt'
did not show a pile of processes, so 'ksh' must stack the function calls
internally.
