Are there any source code analysis tools out in the world that do the
following:

Gives you the cross-references for all procedure names in a C source module.
Things like references to assembler procedures, global variables, local
variables, tree like display, etc,   ad infini nauseum...

Any products are of interest.  Main stream pricey or Freeware/beggerware.
