I have just discovered that the program JFORMAT that I recently posted is
NOT public domain, but is copyright by Tall Tree Software.  I instantly
cancelled this posting after discovering this grievous error.  I apologise
to Tall Tree Software for this error, which was totally inadvertent.  If
anyone has obtained a copy of JFORMAT through the posting, destroy it.
