All too often postings seem to be introduced in this way!

Not everyone has requested this program or even knows what it is 
supposed to do.  Although the tutorial on uudecoding the file and 
deARCing it may be useful to a few novices, I think that a short 
description of what the program does would be more useful to more 
people.
