I want a picture-drawing software package for a PC, which can generate
troff input, preferably "pic" language but tek4014 will do in a pinch.
The "cip" program on the AT&T (blit) 5620 terminals does this; it's not
quite as friendly as MacDraw but integrates better into documents.
So, what do you recommend for
	- general-market drawing packages
	- packages that can generate "pic" or "troff"
