Regarding posting of PC-MAG programs here.

    Their programs tend to be very insteresting - usually because of
    the techniques they use, and the fact that they give you the 
    source.  They're instructional.

    I've never been able to get on their NY bulletin board - the line
    is always busy.  I have found their material on other bulletin boards.
    I haven't tried their California line yet.

    They clearly  state that their programs may be posted on other
    bulletin boards - I don't see why the net wouldn't qualify.

    All in all, I think it would be a good idea to post their programs
    here.
