You may want to try 'close-up' from Norton-Lambert.  It seems to be
able to run almost anything via modem on a pc.  We sell it to all of
our business customers who are on support contracts.  It makes life a
lot easier when we can remotely handle a users question, rather than
having to go to their site to take care of their difficulties.
