They have both a vt100-compatible terminal capable of chinese input/output which comes with a full-screen editor and an add-on board for IBMs and compatibles which comes with the same editor. The main advantage of this system is the method of input itself; using pinyin typed in as words as well as individual syllables means that it is both fast and accurate. There is a training program if your typing or pinyin is not up-to-scratch! Using this or just with practice you can easily achieve speeds of 40-50 characters per minute.
