There will be no problem implementing a cpio for DOS that can read/write
cpio archives that can be used with a 3b2 when I find out how to format,
read, and write sectors on a DS/DD diskette using a 1.2 Meg drive in
720K format (9 sectors/track, 80 tracks/side). Can someone tell me where I
can find technical information that would enable me to do this? Sample
device drivers might be helpful. Thanks to all who have sent me information
on the format of 3b2 floppies.
