Look into the Windows ( (r) Microsoft ) Development Set, especially if you intend to support this stuff for the PS/2 line from IBM. You'll need Windows 2.0, MSC 4.0 C Compiler, and the Windows Development Set. Thisis a tad expensive, but if your serious .... Windows supports the GDI interface that will be esential to the user interface under the new OS for IBM (1988). Windows 2.0 is also what Microsoft says it is releasing for the new OS on the PS/2. Windows supports everything you want in a device independent manner and soooo much more. Boy! This is beginning to sound like and advertisement. :-) Of course, you could always get GEM. :-( Ken Latham UNIX Technical Support AT&T ihnp4!ablnc!latham
