i'd be interested in hearing from anyone who has successfully (or
unsuccessfully) added the MMU to a Compupro 68K S-100 CPU board. i've tried
this, and the system runs fine with the MMU in transparent mode, but any
attempts to program the MMU produce exceptions. i'm especially interested
in the following:

	1) what initial program is used to set up the MMU
	2) the PAL numbers on your board (ie. do i need to replace the
		PALs to make the upgrade work)
