I am trying to create an INIT resource with Lightspeed Pascal v1.0, but it
will only create DRVR's and CODE resources.  Is it possible to create say a 
DRVR and modify it with Resedit to make it an INIT?  Is there another way to
create an INIT in Lighspeed Pascal?  I haven't found anything of use in Inside
the Macintosh about the format of the INIT resource and I haven't found the
Lightspeed manual too helpful on this topic either.

Any help that anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated.  Source code
for a pre-made INIT would be of great benefit, especially anything written in
Lightspeed.
