Well, after having posted questions to various newsgroups, I have
to believe that  all  the  hype about being to product NTSC video
from the Mac II's  Apple  video  card  via a software change was,
just  hype.   Nobody has  come  forward  with  any  substantiated
information  (although  quite  a  few people  have  come  forward
expressing interest).
