This could come in any form, even weird option-key sequences like MS Word. Just as long as I don't have to reach for a mouse or inadiquate cursor keys. I'm leftover form the unix 'C' programmer error where we did all programming with text editors like VI or EMACS. Although I love graphical editors that use the mouse, I feel like they hamper my ability to quickly edit and modify programs efficiently (it can't be efficient to reach over for a mouse to back up the cursor one line of code). I think that we all must admit to having backspaced a word or two so that we could correct a typo earlier in the line of code. I would much rather press a option-shift- to move to the beginning of the line or word, make the correction, and then press a option-shift- to jump back to the end of the line for further editing. What do you say? Am I outnumbered by the masses?
