Does anyone have a mailable version of MacPrep -this was mentioned
in a recent article to Comp.text.

We want to upload Mac documents to a SUN3 and then include this
in a LaTeX document. If I understand the situation correctly the MacPrep
prologue is exactly what we need.

If someone can either mail this (or tell me who can) it would be
appreciated. I cannot handle an ftp as I believe there is still an embargo
on trans-atlantic traffic from GB.
