Or even better still, have an option that will allow you to print all the
source & header files. This would be really useful for printing out the
source for posterity sake. Also, it would be nice to have an option to allow
the starting page number to follow the last page number of the previous file
printed. I don't think this would be too hard to do.

One flame that a friend of mine has for LS_Cv2.11 is that it does not 
support MFS. He says it bombs without any messages on Finder 4.1 (MFS).
Perhaps Richard Siegal may have something to say about that.
