Summary: Articles since #128 exist, but not sent

The last article received here was V5 #127.  However, issues
V5 #128 to #132 are available for FTP from SUMEX, so it
seems to be a problem in the gatewaying from the ARPA
list or in the mailing of INFO-MAC itself.
