We would like to move the drive to a Mac SE. The word from tech support at Iomega was that this particular drive would not run with the Mac. They could not give me the reason. We have built a custom interface to a Z80 micro and written drivers for this drive. It seems to be a vanilla SCSI adapter. Of course the drive would not be compatible with the standard Mac drivers and formatters. Does Iomega provide their own drivers for their Mac compatible Boxes? Is there any *hardware* incompatibility between the Mac SCSI and a Bernoulli box? We do not think that there whould be any hardware problems from what we have read. We have the expertise in house to write our own driver for this combination but we do not want to have to do any serious hardware mods on our mac or drive. Any comments would be appreciated.
