We're on from the Whole Earth Catalog, and eager to talk with other 
folks.  We have all the text and a fifth of the graphics from the latest
Essential Whole Earth Catalog in stacks (the largest, Communications, is
a 9 meg stack).  We would like to share the 'scaffold' we used to build
the Catalog, and hope people will have a look at the E.W.E.C. -- in your
library or bookstore, for the nonce -- and tell us what else is good.  We
are hoping that we will have a CD-ROM version of the Catalog, updated
using this sort of on-line service, in the next year or so.

For SF Bay Area folks, there will be a day long demo and play session
on November 7th;
