I have a book whose pages consist of one page "sections."  The layout is
a centered title, followed by two columns of text.  The two columns are
always the same height and width.  The text height is adjusted on each
page to make this possible, and the entire page (title and columns) is
flush with the bottom of the page.  I would like to do this in TeX (or
LaTeX), and am clueless.  Any help is appreciated.
