Message-ID: <10924@felix.UUCP> Date: Tue, 27-Oct-87 20:18:10 EST Article-I.D.: felix.10924 Posted: Tue Oct 27 20:18:10 1987 Date-Received: Sat, 31-Oct-87 02:25:01 EST Sender: zemon@felix.UUCP Organization: University of California, Berkeley Lines: 14 Approved: zemon@felix.UUCP Reply-Path: In my department we have (approximately) 10 Microvaxes operating ULTRIX 1.2 (sigh!) Unfortunately the department bought HPLaserJetII s (another sigh!) as the printers. All we have is troff eqn and tbl driver for the laserJet and it is homegrown. MY QUESTIONS ARE: 1)Is there any software which convert Postscript files into a format which can be printable by LaserJetII. (in public domain or commercial) 2) Is there a software awailable which will make the (Otherwise clumsy) LaserJetII a post-script printer. (or am I talking in vain) A. (If my terminology is not right, forgive me I am just a Civil Engineer) Ozselcuk
