It has a termcap-like collection of routines for accessing a file /etc/modemcap to get the capabilities, and code to access /etc/modemtype to get the modem, and a whole dial(3) package to do the rest. But then I thought the net already had all this stuff. Am I wrong again? Send mail request, if I get enough I'll post, otherwise I'll just mail the stuff to you.
