I'm looking for a ``program'' network device driver for 4.[23]BSD and/or
SunOS 3.4.  It's the moral equivalent of ptys; I want to be able to let
a program act as a hardware device for the Berkeley network code; packets
written to the interface would be read by some program, which in turn could
write packets that would appear on, say, the ipintr queue.
