Perhaps, Ron or somebody else at MIT-athena could post a listing
of official patches and short descriptions of what they patched.

I have about 22 patches stored so far, but am unsure which are
"blessed" and which are not. Since I notice that a numbering
system has now been applied to the patches, maybe a catch-up
summary is in order.
