I also have the mods on postgres.Berkeley.EDU for public ftp.  These patches
should be applied directly to the 10.4 release sources.

In addition there is a compressed tar file called libsun.tar.Z containing 
modifications of the 10.4 libsun files to support more of the specification.
Included in this are dashed lines, fill polygons, draw tiled, etc...

If you find bugs, let me know 'cause I just finished hacking on it today.
