Somewhere along the line, xset seems to have lost the ability
to switch the CapsLock key between up/down and toggle modes on
my Sun.  I've peeked at the sources, and there is an undocumented
flag (k or -k) which looks like it's supposed to do this, but 
invoking "xset k" generates an "integer parameter out of range"
error (request major code = 118, minor code = 0, serial = 4).

Anyone got the fix for this before I start looking for it myself?
