There is an easy solution to "Gee, I can't remember to run
arbitron..."  Put an entry in your crontab file to run it monthly.
You edit the crontab file once, and forget about it.  

(Since the site I am on was on this list this is the solution I came
up with.  Just make sure you get those fields in crontab correct...
You don't want arbitron running every Monday, or every day at 1am, or
at 1 minute after very hour.... :-) )
