One minor thing went wrong with the C news alpha distribution:  the files
COPYRIGHT, README.FIRST, and README.SECOND were supposed to be the first
things in the distribution, but for reasons too complicated to succinctly
discuss, it didn't work out that way.  Anyone and everyone interested in
C news should read those files before doing anything else; among other
things, README.FIRST tells you where to send bug fixes etc.
