I am running B news 2.10.3, as provided by Pyramid.  I get many error msgs
mailed by uucp, apparently when uux tries to do a rnews.  The msg says
signal was 0, err was 113.  I believe this means rnews got an EACCES (13)
error.  I am trying to run with the news dirs having 775 access instead
of 777, to remove temptation from our students.  Is this attempt doomed?
Or could it be something else I haven't thought of.  I have checked accesses
in /usr/lib/news, and verifies that nuucp is in the news group, and should
therefore be able to add articles to /usr/spool/news/*.  Many (most?) articles
are indeed placed where they should go.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
