  I would like to request two things of news
	1) an official .flame newsgroup
	2) a method for a mail administrator to redirect
	   a discussion chain to that group.

  I suggest that this **not** be a net-wide feature, but should only
apply to the site where the redirection is done.  
  Yes, I realize this has an effect on the distribution agent, and
therefore suggest that this only affect the user agents.... And yes,
I realize it's hard.

  Suggestions, workarounds and votes pro/con by mail, please!  I
will summarize and post.
