[etc.] New oxymoron? my favorite was always "immoral weapon" which I consider to be a redundancy. But, call me naive, I think there is some hope for treaties between nations. It seems like a good idea in the current situation to work towards agreements on arms control. Perhaps "illegal" is a poor choice, since all is fair... tony
