My U.S. Robotics Password 1200 modem has been replaced by a 2400 baud
modem and is looking for a new home. I have managed to lose both the
instruction manual and the screws that hold the cover together, but
otherwise the modem is in excellent shape.  I will take the best offer
over $100.
