Not that anyone is likely to care, but just in case someone is
doing something with the stats in tor.news.stats: I've changed
the time the stats are run from 1am to 6am, so it more meaningfully
reflects overnight traffic. That means this morning's posting looks
unusually large, because it runs from 1am Oct 26 to 6am Oct 27.
