[I can't believe I'm doing this :-) but life is full of nasties.]

Just out of curiosity, I tried the following:

	finger mading@puff.wisc.edu

I received the following "interesting" response:

	[mading@puff.wisc.edu]
	
	Login name: mading    	(messages off)	In real life: Eric Mading
	Directory: /usr2/mading             	Shell: /bin/csh
	On since Nov 14 13:17:01 on tty67   
	No Plan.

So, it looks like Mr. Mading is still "puff"ing away.  Whether he has
net.access anymore is unresolved,  I haven't seen him sprout up in
alt.flame recently,  but he seems to be alive and kicking.  (Or whatever
passes for "alive and kicking" in an AI project.)

Is it significant that he has no plan?
