If you want to submit something to alt.gourmand, please please please don't
do it by posting to the newsgroup. I know that the documentation says that it
is supposed to work, and I suppose that for some definition of "work", it
does work. What actually happens is that I get somewhere between 50 and 100 copies
of any message that is posted to the newsgroup (the exact number that I get
depends on where your node is in the network). To submit something, please
mail it to recipes@decwrl.dec.com or {ihnp4,cbosgd,pyramid,sun,decvax}!decwrl!recipes

(the reason for the multiple copies is a bug in the news software)
